My journal will be kind of random. I have ADD so every now and then I loose track of .. I like cows.. what I was saying. You get the picture. Anyway, I like music, though, I am more of a player than a listener. I'm afflicted with the inability to remember song titles or singers. Though, much of modern day "pop" music is annoying because it all sounds the same. Sure, they use different instruments and words and such.. but if you use the same three or four chords over repeatedly over repeatedly over repeatedly.. it is going to sound to similar to make a difference.

I love the movie "Pride and Prejudice." In fact, I love it so much that I can quote nearly the entire thing word for word. I have also started reading the book. For anyone who knows me.. that says a lot. I have never been an avid reader. It is odd.. I know.. for someone who, really does not like to read and will avoid it at every possible meeting, to surround herself with the literary/historical types that seem to be surrounded by books. Anyway, Pride and Prejudice rocks!

I like Japanese Cherry Blossom and Plumeria lotions from Bath and Body. I especially like the Plumeria hand cream. It is thicker than the regular lotion. Plumeria has been discontinued, so I buy all the store has if I happen upon a hidden Plumeria treasure. Japanese Cherry Blossom is a new scent that will do if I have to replace Plumeria.

Germ-free environments are good. If you have to continue reading to figure out why, I can only conclude that you have never witnessed a child drink from a water fountain by putting the entire spout in his mouth, or watched your server at the Macaroni Grill exit the ladies room WITHOUT washing her hands!!!!!!! I seriously have issues with the germ-lovers who seem to search out my favorite eating establishments and spread their bacteria infested hands all over my restaurant! I really think we should have a boiling vat of water sitting just outside the bathroom.. and of course, if someone exits the bathroom without first sanitizing their hands properly, a large crane should swoop them up and toss them into the boiling pot of water!
